Bring family members ages 7 and up to the Adventure Park at Sandy Spring Friends School for an aerial forest adventure. Learn how to climb up to the treetop ropes course and ride along the zip lines. With 10 separate courses and over 150 unique challenges for every skill level, you will develop skills, endurance and confidence as you walk through the air at this treetop attraction.

The 40 miles of the recreational trail in Maryland crawl along the backbone of South Mountain, and are perfect for 3-4 day hiking and camping trips. Located in the home of the world´s first dental school, this unique museum contains a number of artifacts as well as fun and interactive exhibits.

Let your wild side roam free at the Maryland Zoo. Located in Druid Hill Park, this zoo first opened its doors to the wild things in 1876.
