City of Lakes Loppet Winter Festival City of Lakes Loppet Winter Festival

The City of Lakes Loppet Winter Festival is a two-day event offering various activities. You can enjoy point-to-point Cross-Country skiing, Fat Bike, Skijor, and Snowshoe events, including competitive races and recreational touring events through Theodore Wirth Park. There are also unique events such as the Kubb Tournament and Luminary Loppet, the Loppet's largest fundraiser. In addition to these events, there are various other activities to enjoy, such as shopping tents, ice skating, snow sculpting contests, ice bike racing, and skijoring, a combination of dog sledding and skiing. During the festival, you can also indulge in good beer, food, hot cocoa, and warm bonfires. Remember to bundle up as it will be cold outside.
