Join the art enthusiasts for the nation's largest open studio and gallery tour festival, Art-A-Whirl, in Northeast Minneapolis. This festival is organized by the Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association, which has more than 1,400 members and is responsible for the most extensive annual open studio tour of artists in the country. Art-A-Whirl is a signature event that brings together an estimated 70,000 people each May to engage directly with art and artists. This festival offers a fun, welcoming, and accessible atmosphere for art lovers to view and purchase artwork directly from local artists.
