Marlon Brando appeared on stage at the Omaha Community Playhouse. Today, you can see this nationally recognized community theater group provide live theater entertainment, like productions of Broadway hits including Chicago and Hairspray. Performances take place on the stage of one of the playhouse's two theaters, the Howard and Rhonda Hawks Mainstage Theater or the Howard Drew Theater.

Enter through a wrought iron door that weighs a ton at the Joslyn Castle Trust to gain entrance to Omaha's historic landmark treasure the grand castle once belonging to George and Sarah Joslyn, founders of the Western Newspaper Union. Tour the halls of their lavish 35-room castle to see ornate ceilings, staircases, fireplaces, furnishings and stunning formal gardens outside.
