The Sand Dollar Downtown is the second location of the iconic blues bar and remains true to its original vibes. With a larger area of 4,000 sq. ft., the new location can accommodate an estimated 300 guests and is situated adjacent to the casino floor of Plaza Hotel & Casino. Vegas Theatre Company is a group of five theatre program graduates from the University of Nevada who aim to provide compelling theatrical productions that showcase shared human experience, awaken senses about the world, and develop art forms and artists. Their stories unite people, and they strive to become an entirely professional regional theatre in an innovative and adaptable venue in the heart of Vegas, specifically the Art Square Theatre. They aim to collaborate with local creators and artists to create theatrical productions that appeal to a broader audience. They also aim to develop a robust outreach program throughout Nevada that focuses on Nevada's youth and underserved populations.
