The High Line is a park on the lower west side of Manhattan. The park is built on a section of the freight railroad that runs 1.45 miles from the Meat Packing District up to 20th Street. The team was founded in 1926 and is considered one of the oldest teams in the league. In the 1927-1928 season, the Rangers became the first franchise to win the Stanley Cup. They have since won the championship three more times: 1932-1933, 1939-1940 and 1993-1994.
