Familiarize yourself with arts from another culture at the El Museo del Barrio New York, an art museum that specializes in Latin American and Caribbean art, highlighting artworks from Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rican community of New York City. The museum has amassed a collection of approximately 6,500 pieces of pre-Columbian and traditional artifacts, as well as 20th century arts and crafts, graphics, and popular media. Through its extensive collection of Dominican art, social and political themed art, folk art and others, the museum educates its diverse body of visitors in the richness of Latin and Caribbean cultures.

Concerts, parties, live television, web broadcasts, awards shows and more all have a home at the Playstation Theater. This indoor theater in Times Square boasts an 85-foot-long LED high-definition screen, one of the largest marquees on Broadway. The entertainment venue shares this spectacular screen with MTV Studios and presents live footage from both partners. Another of New York City's world-famous entertainment venues, Radio City Music Hall has been a city landmark since the 1930s. The hall has hosted events like the Grammy Awards, Tony Awards and the MTV Music Awards, among many others. The venue has been the home of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular for over 70 years and continues to be one of the city's most popular tourist attractions. Talented musicians like Pink Floyd, David Bowie, The Beach Boys, Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan have graced the stage at the hall. While exploring Staten Island, stop at the Alice Austen House for a unique museum experience. The Dutch Colonial style home, often referred to as Clear Comfort, was built between 1690 and 1750, and belonged to photographer Alice Austen until 1945. The home now houses a museum featuring work from Austen and other photographers. The Austen House also offers etiquette classes, art camps and small concerts.
