The Town Hall is an entertainment venue in Manhattan, and since opening in 1921, the hall has become a premier avenue for educational programs, activist gatherings and performance space for music, dance and other performing arts media. Throughout the years, the Town Hall has seen the faces of many famous musical, political, artistic and intellectual personalities. Jacques Cousteau, Joan Crawford, Miles Davis, Ellen DeGeneres, Celine Dion, Jane Fonda, Billie Holiday, Eleanor Roosevelt, Orson Welles and many more have showcased their talents or supported their cause on the stage here.

S.O.B's is one of the city's most popular music and nightlife venues, and has been active on the party scene since 1982. Known as the "Home of Universal Music," the live entertainment venue has hosted performances of music from all genres, from Latin to Caribbean, Haitian, hip-hop, R&B and more. Grand Central Terminal was built by the New York Central Railroad in the prime time of American long-distance passenger trains. Since the decline in popularity of train travel, the terminal has become a booming attraction, home to five superior restaurants and cocktail lounges, including the world famous Oyster Bar and 20 casual eateries. The Grand Central Market is also housed in the terminal. The Jewish Museum of New York is the leading Jewish museum in the United States. The museum's acquisitions total over 26,000 objects including paintings, sculpture, archaeological artifacts and others, making it the largest collection of Jewish art and culture outside of Israel. The artifacts focus on Jewish history and modern and contemporary art. The museum's permanent exhibit, Culture and Continuity: The Jewish Journey, is enhanced by rotating exhibitions and special expositions.
