Learn about Asian culture with some help from the Asia Society. The society was founded by John D. Rockefeller III to help strengthen relationships among the citizens, leaders and institutions of the United States and Asia, and is focused on educating the world about Asia. The museum showcases traditional and contemporary works from over 30 Asian-Pacific countries. Hindu and Buddhist statuary temple carvings, Chinese ceramics and Japanese paintings are all featured at the museum. Exhibitions change several times a year presenting art, performance, film, lectures and programs to visitors, students and teachers.

Enjoy the view of New York City taken in from the Top of the Rock, located at the top of the GE Building in the world-famous Rockefeller Center. With a panoramic view of the city that rivals that available atop the Empire State Building, your evening is sure to give way to romance as you take in the beauty of the city together.

You may have seen the famous Chrysler Building in some of its small-screen and silver-screen appearances like the Saturday Night Live Coneheads skit, the Futurama cartoon, and movies like Deep Impact, Godzilla, Armageddon, Fantastic Four, A.I.: Artificial Intelligence and Spiderman, among others. But these cameos don't show this building true justice, and nothing compares to seeing the historic Chrysler Building up-close. The building, completed in 1930, is considered to be one of the finest buildings in New York City and was recently ranked ninth on the List of America's Favorite Architecture by the American Institute of Architects.
