Explore the art collection of the Dia Art Foundation, an organization that specializes in preserving art projects. While exploring Staten Island, stop at the Alice Austen House for a unique museum experience. The Dutch Colonial style home, often referred to as Clear Comfort, was built between 1690 and 1750, and belonged to photographer Alice Austen until 1945. The home now houses a museum featuring work from Austen and other photographers. The Austen House also offers etiquette classes, art camps and small concerts.

Get your tickets to a show at the Music Hall of Williamsburg, an intimate music and entertainment venue that accommodates around 550 people. The three story performance hall is similar to its Bowery Ballroom counterpart, boasting great sight lines and acoustics. See the stunning architecture of the United Nations Headquarters, located in the Turtle Bay neighborhood of Manhattan. The complex was built in 1950 on land donated by the Rockefeller family and the famous building overlooks the East River on what is considered "international territory." The building is highly identifiable due to the fact that its perimeter fence is lined with flagpoles presenting the flags of all the UN member states and the UN flag.
