Fans of classical music will enjoy seeing a performance at Bargemusic. This classical music venue was founded in 1977 and makes its home in Brooklyn. Bargemusic is unique because it's a converted coffee barge, docked on the East River at Fulton Ferry. The barge is 102-feet-long and can seat 130 people comfortably for performances. The venue hosts about 220 concerts annually in front of the scenic view of the East River and the lower Manhattan skyline.

In a city with as much history as New York City, there are bound to be some dark stories, ghastly wonders, and creepy mysteries to discover. The New York Islanders are one of three professional hockey teams representing the New York metropolitan area. Hall of Fame players include Al Arbour, Mike Bossy, Clark Gillies, Denis Potvin, Billy Smith, Bill Torrey, Brian Trottier and most recently, Pat LaFontaine.

Another of New York City's famous landmarks, Trinity Church is a must-see work of architectural beauty. Located at the intersection of Wall Street and Broadway in Manhattan, the historic church and architectural attraction dates back to 1846 and is a part of the Episcopal Diocese of New York. The church is still operating today, offering a full schedule of prayer and Eucharistic services and hosting weddings and baptisms. Trinity Church also features a museum showcasing the history of the church, changing art, and religious and cultural exhibits.
