Enjoy the sights and attractions of Union Square, located at the intersection of Broadway and 4th Avenue. The four Zeckendorf Towers mark the eastern side of the square. Union Square South is a mix-use area featuring a kinetic wall sculpture and a digital clock, Metronome. The west side of the park is marked by miscellaneous buildings, one of them being the Decker Building. The Jujamcyn Theaters is a live theater entertainment venue located on Manhattan's West 44th Street. The theater opened in 1927 with its first production, Merry Malones. Since opening, the theater has produced shows like Oklahoma!, The King and I, Do Re Mi, Hello Dolly!, The Secret Garden, The Producers, Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, and American Idiot.

South Street Seaport Museum was founded in 1967 as part of a 12 square-block historic district that is the site of the original port of New York City. As one of several museums that together frame "America's National Maritime Museum," it houses exhibition galleries, a working 19th century print shop, an archeology museum, a maritime library, a craft center, a marine life conservation lab and the largest fleet of historic ships in the nation.
