Union Square South is a mix-use area featuring a kinetic wall sculpture and a digital clock, Metronome. The west side of the park is marked by miscellaneous buildings, one of them being the Decker Building. Union Square is home to famous sculpture art like the equestrian statue of George Washington, the James Fountain, and statues of the Marquis de Lafayette, Abraham Lincoln, and Mahatma Gandhi.

Browse the extensive collection at the city's second-largest art museum, the Brooklyn Museum. The permanent collection is comprised of over one-and-a-half million objects, showcasing culturally diverse works from ancient Egyptian masterpieces to contemporary arts, 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th century paintings and sculptures. Patrick Kelly, Chuck Close, Denis Peterson, Takashi Murakami, Mat Benote, Jim Dine, Sylvia Sleigh and William Wegman are just a few artists that have work featured here.

Another of NYC's record setting teams is the New York Giants. The Giants have been NFC division champions fifteen times. The sports team ranks third among all NFL franchises with seven championship titles. The NYG represent the New York metropolitan area and share the MetLife Stadium with the New York Jets.
