The Lunt-Fontanne Theatre is located on West 46th Street in Manhattan's Theatre District. The 1,505-seat Broadway theater was named for famous American acting couple, Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne. The complex was built in 1950 on land donated by the Rockefeller family and the famous building overlooks the East River on what is considered "international territory."
