Founded to celebrate the city's status as a major producer of relevant films, the Tribeca Film Festival has garnered tons of publicity since its debut in 2002. The Tribeca Film Festival is unique in the way that it applauds film makers for their works. Grand Central Terminal was built by the New York Central Railroad in the prime time of American long-distance passenger trains.
