New York Red Bulls
Helping to bring the buzz of professional soccer here to the States, the New York Red Bulls have helped establish Major League Soccer. The team plays out of NYC and home games take place at the Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey. The team has won two Eastern Division titles but have yet to win an MLS Cup. Roberto Donadoni, Lothar Matthaus, Adolfo Valencia, Youri Djorkaeff and Amado Guevara have all played for the Red Bulls.
Coney Island
The family fun never ends when you're hanging out at Coney Island. The famous Brooklyn destination is home to a variety of attractions that everyone in the family can enjoy. The main floor of the museum features the only permanent fashion history exhibit in the nation, The Fashion and Textile History Gallery. The gallery is changed every six months and features a rotating selection of about 200 historically significant pieces from the museum's collection.
Brooklyn Brewery
Take your appreciation for beer to another level by touring the Brooklyn Brewery. The brewery offers daily tours where you can try up to four different brews and buy pints afterward. We all know that beer drinking can work up an appetite so venture out into the surrounding neighborhood for some NYC cuisine.
