If you only have time to visit one section of Union Terminal, make it Duke Energy Children’s Museum for some educational fun designed specifically for children ages one to twelve. With eight unique exhibits and attractions, and a large indoor play area where children can safely bounce off the walls to their hearts’ content, this museum is a children’s wonderland.
Near the banks of the Ohio River you’ll find Sawyer Point. This large segment of Cincinnati’s Central Riverfront is filled to the brim with fun activities. The meticulously kept landscape draws in those who want a bit of green in the midst of the concrete jungle. Listen to a band playing on the pavilion or take advantage of the outdoor skating rink, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, playground and water features.
A true gem for book lovers everywhere, the Mercantile Library is one of the few membership-based libraries in the state.
