Exercise outdoors at Antrim Park in Columbus. The community park is a great place to get physically active and enjoy recreation. The park sports a beautiful quarry lake with a one and a half-mile gravel recreation trail, and the Olentangy River Greenway with over 12 scenic paved miles to run, walk, bike or skate.
Shop, dine and stroll in historic German Village. Shop unique merchant wares like the city block- long store The Book Loft and Caterina for European housewares, arts and gifts. Dine at indie diners like Columbus Food Adventures. Stroll alongside colorful sidewalk merchants for fresh fruits and flowers and more.
The Columbus Cultural Arts Center is the largest public gallery in Ohio. The center houses two distinctive galleries. The Main Hall Gallery showcases local, regional and national art, and the Loft Gallery showcases students' work. Monthly exhibits are ever-changing and feature an array of artistic mediums and philosophies.
If you love listening to Louie Armstrong, you'll love listening to the Columbus Jazz Orchestra. The ensemble of jazz musicians performs 40 concerts each season at the historic Southern Theatre in Columbus. The group is also featured in the highly anticipated outdoor summer concert series, JazZoo, at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
