The Black Liberated Arts Center has grown and expanded its services. Initially created as a platform for music, literary works, and visual arts, it now includes a theater component. BLAC offers a variety of programs, including festivals, arts education, lectures, poetry readings, theater productions, presenting programs, traveling arts programs, and dance programs. Serving the community is their primary focus. Their mission to use the vehicle of fine arts to provide the total community of Oklahoma with exposure to the African, African-American/Black culture with a particular emphasis on educating Oklahoma's youth is truly commendable.

Book some box seats for a romantic night at the Oklahoma City Civic Center Music Hall. There's nothing quite like the acoustic superiority and the incredible musicals like Oliver, Hairspray, and A Streetcar Named Desire. This destination is known to be one of the best for a highly acclaimed romantic rendezvous, and it's easy to see why. Love is truly in the air when you spend an evening here.

The Norman Music Festival sounds like an incredible event. It's hard to believe that it started as just a one-day event with a few bands and has grown into a massive three-day festival with over 60 artists. They feature talent from many genres and have indoor and outdoor venues. And the fact that it's still free is fantastic. It's great they have such dedicated VIPs and sponsors to make it all possible.
