Did you know that Oklahoma City has an award-winning community theater? The Jewel Box Theatre has provided exceptional live performances from August through May for over 52 years. What's even more impressive is that it's the recipient of the Governor's Arts Award. The theater-in-the-round is home to some of the state's most talented actors, directors, and set designers. They've been entertaining locals with their exceptional productions for generations. The Jewel Box Theatre has existed since 1911 when it was known as the "Jewel Box Players."
