Hop on the Portland Brew Bus and guzzle down the best micro-brews that Rose City has to offer. Portland is home to more microbreweries than any other city in the nation, so experiencing this tour is a must for any beer lover. On the tour, you'll visit between three and four breweries, and sample anywhere between 15-25 different beers.
Be serenaded by the sounds of jazz music at the Portland Jazz Festival. The festival is hosted in effort to preserve an original American art form: the jazz music genre. Legends of the genre and up-and-coming jazz musicians have performed at this event.
Take the family out for some fun at Electric Castle's Wunderland. The kids can run wild and conquer over 100 arcade games like ski ball, racing games, hydro boat racing, and other favorites. After you've burned all that energy on games, check out a movie together at the Avalon Theatre.
Enjoy some of Portland's outdoor beauty as you explore the area surrounding Forest Park Wildwood Trails. The trails stretch around 40 miles and in the wilderness throughout live a variety of mammals, birds, and lush vegetation. With much of the park overlooking the Willamette River, you're guaranteed some of the best views of the city.
