The carefully preserved and restored Georgian-style house was supposedly the home to Betsy Ross, sewer of the first American flag, and her first husband, John Ross, during the American Revolution. Joggers, bikers and skaters will love Love Park, also known as the John F Kennedy Plaza. Famous for its large LOVE sculpture, Love Park brings together concrete and greenery in a harmonious outdoor marriage. This mixed-use urban park features a large single spout fountain, large granite walk areas and benches.

See the Philly NHL team fly across the ice in the Wells Fargo Center. The Philadelphia Flyers won two Stanley Cups during the 1970s and continue to rake in conference and division titles. Wear orange, black and white when you join the crowd and root for the Flyers as they take on their opponents—especially their bitter cross-state rivals, the Pittsburgh Penguins!

Probably the worst kept, best-kept secret in Philly is the Rocky Statue outside of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Snap a photo of yourself raising your own fists in victory in front of Rocky—after you challenge yourself to the same iconic East Entrance Stairs he ran up during the movie.
