As the Birthplace of America, it is fitting that the nation’s first and only nonpartisan institution devoted to the Constitution is located in Philadelphia. The widespread Independence National Historical Park consists of several sites associated with the founding of the nation and the American Revolution. This large park contains several iconic monuments on its grounds, like the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Take in the marvelous works at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, one of the largest art museums in the country. Known as the Parthenon on the Parkway, this enormous museum features a quasi-Greek Revival design.
