Travel across state lines for a journey under the sea. Adventure Aquarium features 8,000 aquatic animals from all over the world living in their semi-aquatic, freshwater and marine habitats. Explore the exhibits and attractions and see the beauty of the ocean, including a large coral reef tank, as well as some of the most gorgeous, exotic, endangered and dangerous creatures found in the water.

Nestled along the Schuylkill River, the aptly named Schuylkill River Park provides a large municipal space for outdoor recreation. From the soccer fields, baseball diamond, tennis and basketball courts to the special section designated for dogs, this recreational center offers plenty of activities. Eventually, construction will connect this park to the popular Schuylkill River Trail.

Take in the marvelous works at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, one of the largest art museums in the country. Known as the Parthenon on the Parkway, this enormous museum features a quasi-Greek Revival design. Within its 200 galleries you can find over 225,000 objects showcasing the creative evolution of the Western world from the first century onwards.
