Less than an hour and a half away from downtown Philadelphia, Allentown’s Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is a popular nearby amusement and water park. Formerly known as the Arch Street Opera House, the Trocadero Theatre has a rich history. Built in 1870, this entertainment venue has hosted musical comedies, vaudeville and burlesque shows, as well as an art house cinema and fine arts. Currently, this theater serves as a concert hall and dance club with a variety of popular national bands performing and recording at this venue.
