Rite Aid

Formerly known as the Arch Street Opera House, the Trocadero Theatre has a rich history. Built in 1870, this entertainment venue has hosted musical comedies, vaudeville and burlesque shows, as well as an art house cinema and fine arts. Currently, this theater serves as a concert hall and dance club with a variety of popular national bands performing and recording at this venue.

Nestled along the Schuylkill River, the aptly named Schuylkill River Park provides a large municipal space for outdoor recreation. From the soccer fields, baseball diamond, tennis and basketball courts to the special section designated for dogs, this recreational center offers plenty of activities. Eventually, construction will connect this park to the popular Schuylkill River Trail.

Be sure to come by the Pennsylvania Convention Center for the annual Philadelphia International Auto Show. For over a century (since 1902), this auto show has brought the latest concepts and models of the car industry to Philly. Take a photo with one of the country’s founding fathers! No trip to Philadelphia is complete without seeing the Benjamin Franklin National Memorial, located in the Franklin Institute’s rotunda. This Pennsylvanian landmark and attraction honors Benjamin Franklin, Philadelphia’s most famous citizen, with a colossal 20-foot-tall statue made of white marble.
