You can explore space from right here on Earth at the Vanderbilt Dyer Observatory, with the mega telescope that sits atop Nashville's tallest peak. Families can look through the telescope to observe cumulus clouds, a galaxy of stars, the swirling rings of Saturn and other outer space attractions.
Enjoy the sweeping sounds of the Nashville Symphony performed by the 83 member orchestra directed by Giancarlo Guerrero. The internationally recognized orchestra performs over 140 prestigious classical, pop and jazz concerts. The hall also plays host to world class musical entertainment, featuring the talent of musicians such as Yo-Yo Ma and Wynonna.
The musical talents of Jimi Hendrix, Elvis, The Mamas and the Papas, and the Beach Boys are on exhibit at the Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum in the heart of downtown Nashville. You'll see the exact instruments each musician used to record the very songs that made them iconic legends.
