This charming and historic Texas town will celebrate the notorious outlaw's visit in 1876 with various exciting events and activities. Visitors can enjoy reenactments of Billy The Kid's historic breakout at the old County Jail and learn all about his visit to San Elizario. An original play, "Billy the Kid: 1876," will also be performed on the Main Stage. Live music will be available at local restaurants and on the Main Stage. Best of all, all events are free, and the festival is pet-friendly. In addition to the historical events, a wide range of arts, crafts, entertainment, and food will be offered.
