At The Reagan, mixologists take the art of mixology seriously. They frequently use centrifuged oil infusion and inject syrups with local flavors to add regional flair to our concoctions. They also often use clay-aged water in batches for the bar. Spirits are just as important as any other ingredient in the drinks, and they give them the attention they deserve at The Reagan.
