Established in 1986, the association aims to promote cultural heritage, diversity, and economic development by facilitating education, preservation, and tourism efforts in the local community. The El Paso Holocaust Museum and Study Center is a commemorative site in Downtown El Paso. It pays tribute to the millions of individuals who lost their lives in the atrocities committed by the Nazi Regime between 1933 to 1945. The Museum has a permanent exhibit showcases multi-media galleries, including the Moving Gallery of El Paso Holocaust Survivors.
