Los Portales is a historic building home to the Old County Jail Museum, which showcases San Elizario's rich and colorful history. As a visitor information center, we welcome your questions about the area. The Museum, located in a Territorial-Style building from the 1850s in El Paso's Mission Valley, offers free admission. Its exhibits focus on San Elizario's fascinating history.
