The Riverside Club is a unique bar, grill, and particular event center located on the banks of the picturesque Rio Grande River. It is an ideal location for all kinds of parties and special events. You can relax in air-conditioned comfort in a casual atmosphere or enjoy the fresh air on the shaded waterfront patio while enjoying the tropical paradise and a glorious sunset. It's perfect for sipping a cold drink with a friend while unwinding and enjoying the scenic beauty. The club offers four indoor adjoining rooms with seating for up to 300 people and an outside shaded tropical patio along the Rio Grande River that seats many more guests. There is a stage and dance floor both inside and outside. Whether it's a birthday dinner for 20 guests on the Riverside Dreamer boat, a wedding or company Christmas party for 200 in the event center, a non-profit fundraising event, or a corporate picnic of 500 in our outdoor areas, Riverside Club & Special Event Center can accommodate your celebration.

The Texas Citrus Fiesta is an organization that hosts several events to celebrate the annual citrus harvests across the Rio Grande Valley. This annual celebration showcases local citrus, featuring a parade, crafts, and family fun. It promotes and spreads the word about the world's sweetest citrus from the Rio Grande Valley. The organization created the Texas Citrus Fiesta, an annual celebration of the bountiful winter harvest of grapefruits and oranges from the lush, subtropical Rio Grande Valley. For the past 91 years, the Texas Citrus Fiesta has taken pride in providing unforgettable experiences and memories while promoting values of education, leadership, and community. The organization has hosted and supported hundreds of local, statewide, and national businesses. With years of experience, businesses can trust that participating in the festival means being part of the Texas Citrus Fiesta family, where their business is in good hands.

The Weslaco Museum was established to preserve, exhibit, and raise awareness about the history, cultural arts, and traditions of Weslaco, Texas, and the surrounding regions. It was the result of a collaborative effort by the community that began in the 1960s. At that time, the city leaders had called for the collection of stories and artifacts from prominent businesses and families in the area. This collection was the foundation for a published book celebrating the City's 50th anniversary. One of the exciting things about the Museum's collections is the photographs from Weslaco's annual "Birthday Party" fashion show. The Chamber of Commerce organized this event to showcase the fruits and vegetables grown in the Rio Grande Valley. Residents created and modeled clothing from local fruits, vegetables, and flowers.
