Charro Days is an annual fiesta celebrated in late February in Brownsville, Texas. It pays homage to Brownsville's location on the border with Mexico and its rich cultural heritage. During the festival, residents and visitors dress up in traditional Mexican outfits to honor the "Charros," the heroes of the borderlands and Mexican cowboys.
