Great melodies and skilled voices intertwine every time the Virginia Beach Chorale takes the stage. This is the oldest continuous performing arts group in Virginia Beach, as the chorale gave its first performance back in 1958. The group has worked on developing an impressive entertainment repertoire that includes classics, Broadway, jazz and even rock. The group performs two main concerts a year that include a spring show and a special Christmas presentation.

So many times, kids are used to hearing commands to keep their hands off of things and not to touch various items. That is the complete opposite of what they will hear when they step into the Children's Museum of Virginia. Touching, holding and interacting with the various attractions and exhibits is highly encouraged by everyone. Kids can get up close and learn about such fascinating subjects as ocean science, technology, and other various science-related subjects.
