Mother, son receive life sentences for killing marijuana shop robbery witness

ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. A mother and her son have been convicted of first-degree murder in the killing of a robbery witness in a marijuana shop robbery casefrom 2016. Terance Black and Tina Black both were convicted of first-degree murder in the death of David Henderson last week after a joint trial that began Jan. 22. Washington man faces federal charge of threatening sheriffs

SPOKANE, Wash. A man in north-central Washington state is facing a federal charge that he threatened to kill sheriffs who are refusing to enforce new gun restrictions. Sheriffs in a dozen mostly rural Washington counties say they wont enforce Initiative 1639, the states new restrictions on semi-automatic rifles, until the courts decide whether they are constitutional. THURSTON COUNTY, Wash. Authorities say 22 people have been arrested after a recent child sex crime sting in Thurston County. The operation by Washington State Patrol and other agencies happened Feb. 15 to Feb. 20.
