The historic building is now home to exhibits that feature topics like Arkansas women in history, the role of the old capitol building, the political history of the state, folk art, the state's depression era, and much more. You'll leave the Old State House Museum an expert in the history of Arkansas.

Take the kids to see their favorite stories come to life on the Children's Theatre stage at the Arkansas Art Center. The entertainment company was recognized by The Drama League as "one of the best regional theater companies in America," and has wowed audiences with performances like The Jungle Book, A Year With Frog and Toad, Alice in Wonderland, The Giant and the Beanstalk, and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.

The Old Mill at T.R. Pugh Memorial Park is an authentic reproduction of an old water-powered grist mill, this striking structure appears in the opening scene of the classic 1939 film Gone with the Wind and is believed to be the only building remaining from the film.
