El Corral is a bustling restaurant decorated with cowboy memorabilia that features a classic Western-style steakhouse menu. For over 60 years, it has served fantastic prime rib, steaks, ribs, and tamale pie. The prime rib is available in three sizes - petite, oversized cut, and generous cut - all cooked to perfection and served with au jus. Ski Valley is the southernmost ski destination in the continental United States with a top elevation of 9,157 feet (2,791 m) above sea level and has 200 skiable acres with 21 runs.
