HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
Today, Lofton Wells Insurance is a second-generation agency, providing insurance products to meet the needs and budget of every family. Back in 1982, when Harry Lofton had a dream to form more than just an insurance agency, he wanted to create an insurance family. Eleven years later in 1993, Harry Lofton’s daughter and current owner, Pamela Lofton Wells, started working with her father with the intent to continue growing the family business. Thus, the Lofton Wells Insurance Agency was born!
They had no idea back then that it would lead to so many business connections and relationships. Since then, they’ve grown to represent over twenty insurance companies and to provide a variety of insurance options to choose from that works best for both parties. This has lead to extended services and areas beyond the Memphis region. Because of Harry and Pam’s reputation for putting people first, they’ve become a “one-stop-shop” for all personal and commercial insurance needs, as well as being an upstanding pillar in their community.
