Visit this free memorial to those who have served their country. The Legion of Valor Museum grew from the efforts of dedicated Legion of Valor members. The museum displays military history through the exhibition of several pieces of WWI, WWII, Vietnam and Korean War memorabilia and photographs, as well as articles from Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan.

Fresno hosts the annual Miss California Pageant during the summer in order to motivate and assist young Californian women towards achieving their goals. Each participant showcases her individual talents and also displays knowledge of current events, good communication skills and physical fitness.

The arena has a seating capacity of 9,300 and has seen more than 10 million patrons throughout the last 40 years. Nature lovers will not want to miss the chance to explore Woodward Regional Park. This 300-acre park is home to a number of attractions. It has a multi-use amphitheatre, an authentic Japanese Garden, an extensive trail system, three children's playgrounds, a fenced dog park and several bodies of water.
