Kids rule at My Museum! The museum is dedicated to kids and lets them touch tons of cool stuff at hands-on exhibits and attractions like My Day at the Beach, My Imagination Tree, My Go-Fore Golf, My Hospital, My Creation Station, My Theater, My Town Hall, My Healthy Farm and more.

Boo! The Ghost Tour of Old Monterey begins at some of the city's most notoriously haunted buildings. Tour a scary path that follows recent and historical ghostly sightings at the oldest church in California, Monterey´s historic cemetery, and old legendary adobes to relive the stories of their haunting inhabitants.

Enjoy meditating at The Basilica of San Carlos Borromeo de Carmelo Mission. The peaceful and serene mission is an authentic, restored Franciscan mission that features a courtyard, glorious gardens, and four museum galleries that travel through the history of the Monterey Peninsula. This mission museum also provides insight to other California missions.

Step into the past on the Monterey State Historic Park and Path. Explore this two-mile path and discover some of Monterey´s most notable landmarks, streets, historic homes, buildings, parks and attractions. You'll see interesting sights like the location where Spanish explorers first landed in the city, the nation's last remaining whale bone sidewalks and more.
