While the San Diego Zoo resides within the confines of Balboa Park, the park itself is worthy of a visit in its own right, as it offers an impressive set of attractions. The park is expansive, with its lush grass and scenery perfect for laying out on a blanket or just sitting on a bench and people watching as the afternoon unfolds. Since 1983, MOPA, a shortened form of the museum's moniker, has been devoted to collecting, conserving and exhibiting the largest spectrum possible of various photographic mediums.

Art on 30th is a vibrant art community and center with a art gallery, art classes and art studios where artists work. We are an art to market community that host regional and national shows in a classic gallery setting.

The Julian Grape Stomp Festa is a great way to spend a Saturday and this year’s is shaping up to be one of our best.
