Path-Now is a new creative, accessible and unique mobile application that enables individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) to safely and easily connect with community service providers electronically in California. Path-Now.com was the vision of the CEO of Adjoin, a 501(c)3 organization, who saw a critical need for there to be an interactive statewide system directory of all community service providers for individuals with IDD to access needed services.
