This center is, in a sense, a small colony of 37 working artists' studios and the building's design resembles that of a Spanish town square to give it a unique feel and flavor.

The San Diego Bay Parade of Lights is a Christmas time tradition that families have been enjoying for years as a celebration of the holiday season. The boats in the harbor are adorned with flickering lights and take part in an aquatic parade that puts smiles on the faces of all who sit and watch.
