The San Francisco 49ers are part of the National Football League (NFL) and have the distinction of being the city's longest-tenured professional sports franchise. The New Conservatory Theatre Center was established in 1981 and is a highly-respected performing arts complex that houses three separate, but fully-equipped theaters that range in size from an intimate 50 seats to a more spacious 132 seats.
