Aurora hikers hold the Cherry Creek Spillway in high regard as it is the main connecting trail between the Toll Gate system and Cherry Creek State Park and Greenway. Hikers can access this recreation trail from the east from Chambers Road at Yale Avenue. The west access point is the Parker Road underpass for Hampden Drive.

Although this parcel of land was named a landmark in 1997, you will feel like you've gone back several years when you see the meticulously restored buildings on the farm, including Gully Homestead House. This farm was originally home of the DeLaney family who raised horses, dairy cattle and other livestock.
