The building itself is an historic landmark located in the city's East End Arts District, the epicenter of performing arts in the area. Aurora's Sand Creek Regional Greenway prides itself as offering wilderness in the city. That claim is definitely true, as the 14-mile trail connects the High Line Canal in Aurora to the South Platte River Greenway in Commerce City.
