Hartford's golf course was created for the golfer who plays the game for enjoyment and adventure in mind. Donald Ross and Devereaux Emmet designed the course in 1896. An extensive golf course renovation began on August 22, 2017. The renovation also included the construction of 16 new tees and the rebuilding of 29 tees.
