The two day festival, usually held in May, features a variety of regionally and nationally recognized blues artists. This event is free to the public.

The Pinellas County African American History Museum dramatically underscores the contributions of the African American culture through the use of various exhibits that present artifacts and other items of interest. The museum also regularly schedules various unique events throughout the year that further highlight the African American experience.
