This fun donut shop is decidedly retro and prides itself in serving up donuts the way you remember them. The shop has been successfully doing business in St. Petersburg for many years and in addition to their donuts, they offer breakfast sandwiches and coffee all at reasonable prices. Many say that the only way to change the future is to learn from our past mistakes, and that is exactly what the Florida Holocaust Museum aims to do. Instead of focusing on past transgressions and the severity and cruelty of what went on, the museum aims to underscore the spirit of perseverance and quest for freedom that these dramatic exhibits illustrate. There are various historical papers, photographs, and other objects that tell this solemn story. Perhaps the most sobering exhibit is an actual boxcar that shuttled prisoners to the concentration camps.

Some of these hysterically funny modern day court jesters have been the guests of Jay Leno and David Letterman as well as fixtures on HBO and Showtime specials.

The Tampa Bay Rays are a Major League Baseball team based in St. Petersburg and are a member of the Eastern Division of MLB's American League. In 2008 they won their first division title and won the pennant. Since 2007 the sports team has had four straight winning seasons and three playoff appearances. They play their home games at Tropicana Field.
