Boyd Hill Nature Park offers you a chance to spend some time outdoors and encounter some of the area's wildlife without venturing too far from civilization. This impressive nature preserve is located south of St. Petersburg and spreads out over 245 acres of terrain that includes marshlands, lake shores, and forests. There are also several boardwalks and nature trails to discover. Special tours and nighttime hikes are offered, in addition to the popular kid's day camps.

The Museum of Fine Arts houses an incredibly far-reaching collection of art from around the world that spans several historical and artistic eras. You'll encounter over 18,000 works here, and these include some of the world's most seminal creations by such artists as Monet, Renoir, O'Keeffe, Bellows and Hassaam. Additionally, you'll see some of the most compelling exhibits that illustrate Greek, Egyptian, Asian, African, pre-Columbian, and Native American art. There's also a great cafe and gift shop that perfectly round out your visit.

Nature often offers us several unforgettable scenarios that we tend to miss. But Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island are are both off the coast from the city of Dunedin, Florida and offer a superb getaway for relaxing on the beach. And, you can even take a bigger plunge on its shores as the area is quite popular for weddings on its beaches. The nearby Honeymoon Pavilion offers an excellent menu for your post-ceremony reception.
